摘要: 本文就原油热处理技术在节能方面的作用和效果做了评价,并在以往实验研究工作的基础上,着重总结了含蜡原油热处理的一些规律性认识.

Abstract: The effect of heat treatment of waxy crude on energy economics is studied and from past exoeriments and researches the following points are brought up.(1)The purpose of heat treatment is to alter the morphology and structure of wax crystalls in the crude oil so as to improve the mobility of crude under low temperature to make it feasible for its isothermal transportation under natural geothermal conditions.(2)The gel-wax ratio is an important index in the determination of the result of heat treatment of crude.Better result is achieved in heat treatment at the gel-wax ratio of 0.7-2.0.for the Chinese crude.(3)The optimum heat-treatment temperature should be higher than the maximum melting point of wax separated from the crude so that after heating the wax is totally solved in the liquid components of the crude.(4)The rate and mode of cooling has an important influence in the process of temperature reduction,wax separation and recrystallization.High-speed shearing should be avoided in the peak temperature interval for wax separation
