小井斜姿态误差的等值距均衡校正

Equivalent interval balance correction of low-inclination attitude error

摘要: 为满足超深垂直钻探的精准控制需求,提出了一种等值距均衡校正方法,可以提升小井斜区域的姿态解算精度。首先,分析影响姿态角绝对误差的因素,研究常规最大值校正方法的误差模型;其次,基于均衡选取校正点以消除部分校正矩阵误差项的思想,建立等值距均衡校正的误差模型,探讨姿态误差校正效果;最后,采用常规校正方法和等值距均衡校正方法对小井斜角区域的测试数据进行处理和对比。实验结果表明,等值距均衡校正后,小井斜区域的工具面角绝对误差的平均值至少降至常规校正的29.2%,工具面角绝对误差的峰峰值至少降至常规校正的37.8%,井斜角绝对误差的平均值至少降至常规校正的19.8%。

Abstract: In order to meet the accurate control requirements of ultra-deep vertical drilling, an equivalent interval balance correction (EVBC) method was proposed to improve the attitude calculation accuracy of low inclination zone. Firstly, the factors affecting the absolute error of attitude angle were analyzed, and the error model of the conventional maximum value correction method was studied. Secondly, based on the equivalent selection of correction points to partially eliminate correction matrix error terms, the EVBC method's error model was established, and the effects of attitude error correction were explored. Finally, the experimental data of low inclination angle zone were processed and compared using both conventional correction method and EVBC method. The experimental results showed that the average value of the absolute error of tool face angle at low inclination zones was reduced at least to 29.2% of the conventional correction, the peak-to-peak value of the absolute error of tool face angle was reduced at least to 37.8% of the conventional correction, and the average value of the absolute error of inclination angle was reduced at least to 19.8% of the conventional correction.
