用红外成像法探测埋地输油管道

Detection of underground petroleum pipeline with infrared imaging method

摘要: 为了辅助埋地石油管道巡线以及快速定位与排查偷油支管和泄漏点,提出了利用红外热成像技术探测埋地输油管道的方法.应用热力学传导理论,对埋地输油管道上方土壤层温度场分布进行了数学建模,论证了此方法的可行性.完成了基于非制冷红外焦平面阵列及具有便携、实时成像特点的红外管道探测仪的硬件设计,运用图像增强、图像分割、骨架跟踪等图像处理算法实现了埋地输油管道的自动检测.油田现场试验证明,用这种红外管道探测仪可以方便、直观、快速地探测地下输油管道的位置、走向及分支状况.

Abstract: In order to assisting perambulation of underground petroleum pipeline,an infrared imaging method for rapidly detecting the stealing branches of pipeline and locating the leakage spots was proposed.A mathematic model for simulating the temperature distribution of the earth's surface above the underground pipeline was established on the basis of the heat exchange theory.This model demonstrated the feasibility of the infrared imaging method.The hardware architecture of infrared pipeline detector was designed.This hardware takes an uncooled infrared focal plane array as a sensor and has the capability of real-time imaging and portability.Moreover,the automatic detection of the underground petroleum pipeline by computer was achieved by some image processing algorithms,such as image enhancement,image segmentation,and skeleton track.Oilfield experiment shows that this infrared pipeline detector can be used to detect the location,trend and branch of underground pipeline easily.
