有杆泵漏失新模型

A new leakage model for rod pump

摘要:

分析了传统泵漏失模型中存在的2个问题:1认为剪切漏失与压差漏失方向不同;2在计算压差漏失量时忽略液柱在抽汲过程中产生的动载。在此基础上,提出了一种新型的有杆泵偏心环隙压差-剪切流漏失模型。该模型在计算漏失压差时全面考虑了柱塞上部液柱的静载荷与动载荷,同时利用数学方法证明了井下往复泵环隙剪切漏失与压差漏失是同向的,提高了抽油泵漏失计算的准确性。使用该模型对冲次、泵深等参数进行敏感性分析,其结果与现场实际情况相吻合。最后,与实际试验数据对比表明,该模型的精度高于传统漏失模型,对现场实际生产有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:

This paper examined traditional pump-leakage models and found two problems unsolved in these models, i.e. it is thought that the Couette flow leakage and Poiseuille flow leakage have different directions, and the effect of pressure fluctuation yielded by overlying liquid on the plunger is often neglected in computing drawdown leakage volume. Base on these knowledge, a new eccentric annular leakage model of the Couette-Poiseuille flow for rod pump was proposed. This model thoroughly considered the dead weight and dynamic load of overlying liquid on the plunger when computing leakage pressure difference and testified the orthokinesis of the annular Couette flow leakage and Poiseuille flow leakage of a downhole reciprocal pump by mathematical computation, which enhances the veracity of the leakage calculation of rod pump. A sensitivity analysis on various parameters including leakage rate, pumping speed and pump depth was carried out with this model and the results agreed considerably with field observations. Finally, the proposed model was proved to be more accurate by contrast with traditional leakage models and it is to a certain extent of guiding significance in field practice.
