七缸往复泵曲柄初相角布置方案及优选

Analysis and optimization of initial-phase-angle arrangement scheme for the crank of seven-cylinder reciprocating pump

摘要:

七缸泵曲柄初相角的不同布置对泵吸入性能及曲轴受力有较大影响。采用无量纲方法,分析了吸入管各断面瞬时流量,基于流量波动及断流时间等优化条件先后优选出任意2个和3个初相角的组合方案;对最优的3个初相角进行组合布置并考虑曲轴旋转,得到4种基本布置方案,并根据流量叠加的无序性,对4种基本方案进行了扩展;最后通过液缸内压对曲轴受力的影响,以曲轴受力最优为目标,得到了七缸泵曲柄初相角的4种优选布置方案;该4种方案的断流时间、流量波动及曲轴弯矩等均达到了较优结果。优选方法简单易行、效率高,且采用该方法对五缸泵进行相关分析得出的结论与国内外现行五缸泵产品所采用的曲柄初相角布置方案完全一致。通过方案优选,有效地降低了液流附加的惯性水头损失、减轻了管路断流沉沙现象,改善了泵的吸入性能,并降低了曲轴弯矩,从而提高了泵的使用寿命及工作可靠性。

Abstract:

Different arrangement of initial phase angle for the crank of seven-cylinder pump has great influences on the pump suction performance and crankshaft force. The dimensionless method was adopted to analyze the instantaneous flow in each section of suction pipe. Based on the opeimization conditions such as flow fluctuation and cutoff time, the combination scheme of any two and three initial phase angles was preferably selected. Three initial phase angles were optimized for combined arrangement with the consideration of crankshaft rotation, so as to obtain four basic arrangement schemes. Moreover, according to the disordered property of flow superposition, four basic schemes were expanded. Finally, under the influence of cylinder pressure on crankshaft force and taking the optimal crankshaft force as an objective, four optimal arrangement schemes of initial phase angle for the crank of seven-cylinder pump were obtained. The flow fluctuation, cutoff time and crankshaft bending moment of the four schemes were achieved better results. This optimization method is simple and efficient, and has obtained the analytical results of five-cylinder pump completely consistent with the initial-phase-angle arrangement scheme of crank used in domestic and foreign five-cylinder pump products. Scheme optimization is able to effectively reduce the inertia head logs attached by fluid flow and the phenomenon of pipeline cutoff and sand sedimentation, improve the suction performance of the pump and decrease the bending moment of crankshaft, which upgrades the service life and working reliability of pump.
