抽油泵故障树及模糊综合评判组合分析研究

摘要: 故障树分析可以描绘出系统失效和零部件失效的逻辑因果关系,能够给出抽油泵中影响可靠性的一些共性因素。对于实际运行的抽油泵系统,又有一些特殊的个性因素(不确定因素)影响其可靠性。作为研究不确定信息手段的模糊理论可以弥补故障树分析和评估中的不足。文中将故障树分析和模糊综合评判分析相结会,建立了组合分析法,并对抽油泵进行了可靠性分析。根据有关文献中给出的故障树分析结果,进行了实际分析计算。实际应用表明,将故障树及模糊综合评判用于抽油泵的可靠性分析及评价是可行的,其分析评判结果可作为制定提高抽油泵可靠性的依据。

Abstract: Fault tree analysis can be used to trace out the logic causality of the invalidation of system and machine parts. The common factors influencing reliability of oil well pump can be determined with this method. The operated oil well pumps often have some indeterminate individual features. The fuzzy theory as the communication means for studying the indeterminacy can offset the lack of fault tree analysis. A combination method of the fault tree analysis and fuzzy comprehensive estimation was established to evaluate the reliability of oil well pump. Based on the analysis results given in the relational literatures, some real calculations and analyses were carried out. The practical applications indicate that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is feasible to evaluate the performance and reliability of oil well pump. Based on the evaluated results, the measures for improving the reliability of oil well pump can be established.
