华北油田可动凝胶调驱现场试验

Field test on movable gel as profile control and flooding in Huabei Oilfield

摘要: 室内研究和现场试验证明,华北油田在复杂断块砂岩油藏实施的可动凝胶调驱取得了突破性进展。17个区块阶段累积增油5.8×104t,综合含水率平均降低了10%,投入产出比达到1:3。试验结果表明,可动凝胶调驱能改善注水井、采油井的吸水和产液剖面,降低水、油流度比,从而降低油井的含水率及增加产油量。在注水开发经济效益变差的情况下,实施可动凝胶调驱的时机是越早越好;影响可动凝胶调驱效果的因素主要有:油藏本身的地质条件,油藏开发现状,可动凝胶体系性能,注入方案的合理性,现场实施过程中的操作管理和监测等。为了进一步提高调驱效果,应综合考虑调驱剂的用量及注入速度的关系、调驱与油水井措施的关系、调驱后续注水工作制度、周围未调驱油、水井动态等方面的问题。可动凝胶调驱是改善注水砂岩油田水驱状况的一种有效的技术手段。

Abstract: The laboratory research and field tests on movable gel as profile control and flooding for complex fractured sandstone reservoir were carried out in Huabei Oilfield. A great progress has been acquired. The interim accumulative oil production gained from seventeen blocks is 58 thousand tons. The combined water cut decreased by 10 percent, and the input-output ratio is the proportion of one to three The test results show that the movable gel as profile control and flooding not only improve the water injection and liquid production profile but also reduce the mobility ratio oil to water, which brings down water cut and improves oil production. When the economic benefit of water flooding become worse, the movable gel as profile control and flooding should be operated as early as possible. Many factors may affect the profile control and flooding effects, including reservoir conditions, exploitation actuality, movable gel system capability, rationality of water flooding project and management during field operation. In order to improve the effect, some factors, including the gel dosage,injection rate, relationship between profile control and measures for improving wells, the water flooding system after gel flooding, should be comprehensively considered. Movable gel as profile control and flooding is an economic and available technology to improve the water-flooding effects for sandstone reservoir.
