摘要: SL-Ⅱ型油藏物理模型是由胜利油田地质科学研究院研制的一种采用石英砂作为骨架的胶结模型,制作工艺包括:胶结剂配制,混料,填砂,成型,烧结等。实验表明,SL-Ⅱ型模型的粒间孔隙和微孔隙发育,其压汞、退汞曲线特征及油、水相对渗透率曲线特征与油藏岩石相似,物理化学性质稳定,原始润湿性为亲水。用不同浓度的硅油溶液进行处理,可得到不同级别润湿性的亲水、亲油模型。根据模拟对象的要求,SL-Ⅱ型胶结模型可制作成大尺寸平面和纵向非均质油藏模型,能够较好地反映同一渗透带内渗透率分布的均匀性和不同渗透带间渗透率的差异性。

Abstract: The SL-Ⅱ reservoir physical model was developed by Shengli Oilfield Geologic Science Research Institute. The quartz sand is taken as the matrix particles in the SL-Ⅱ reservoir physical model. The preparation process of the model includes choice of adhesive material, mixing components, filling sand, molding and sintering. According to the model preparation technology, various physical models can be made easily to satisfy the different research projects. Many tests were performed to evaluate the comparability of the SL-Ⅱ model with the true reservoir rock. The results show that the SL-Ⅱ model had the similar porosity, permeability and other physical properties to the reservoir cores. The wettability of rocks can be controlled using treating model with different concentrations of silicone oils. The SL-Ⅱ model can be made of the large size of two-dimensional or three-dimensional homogeneous model and heterogeneous model to simulate the various reservoir properties.
