烃源岩吸附甲烷实验研究

Experimental study on absorbability of methane in source rocks

摘要: 根据物质平衡原理,设计了一套测量岩石吸附天然气量的实验装置。用这套装置对灰岩、泥岩、Ⅰ型干酪根、Ⅱ型干酪根等4种样品在不同温度(25~150℃)、压力(1~32MPa)条件下对甲烷的吸附量进行了测定,得到各种样品的吸附等温线.从实验结果可以看出,泥岩的吸附量大于灰岩,干酪根的吸附量远大于泥岩和灰岩;吸附量随温度的升高而降低,随压力的升高而增加 采用Langmuir模型来描述各种样品对甲烷的吸附,对模型进行了标定,得到了吸附模型。

Abstract: A set of experimental unit for measuring absorbability of natural gas in source rocks was built according to the principle of material balance. The absorbabilities of natural gas in limestone, mudstone and Kerogen were measured by the unit at different temperatures from 25℃ to 150℃ and different pressures from 1 MPa to 32 MPa. The adsorption isotherms of all samples were obtained. The results show that the absorbance of mudstone is higher than that of limestone, and the absorbance of Kerogen is much higher than that of mudstone and limestone. Moreover, the absorbance decreased with the increase of temperature and increased with the increase of pressure. The Langmuir model was used to describe the adsorption of methane in rock samples. In addition, the model was calibrated and used to construct the adsorption models.
