高含水油藏转注蒸汽三维物理模拟研究

3D physical model of steam injection in high water-cut reservoir

摘要:

针对吉林扶余油田某水驱区块在注水中后期地层可能存在次生水体和高渗通道的情况,利用三维高压比例模型,进行了水驱后转蒸汽驱物理模拟研究。结果表明,在水驱正韵律油藏的下部存在着因高含水饱和度导致的高水相渗透率通道。在转注蒸汽后,蒸汽首先沿着该通道进入油层。随着累积注汽量增大,蒸汽逐渐向油层中上部波及,最终可以实现油层纵向上的均匀波及。这不仅可以在水驱基础上较大幅度提高采收率,还能有效降低综合含水率。同时,为研究单一薄层油藏采用水平井蒸汽驱的可行性进行的不同井网蒸汽驱实验结果表明,对于薄层蒸汽驱,水平井注汽井的开采效果要优于垂直注汽井,但也存在水平段吸汽不均衡的现象。

Abstract:

For the possible existence of water-body and high-permeability channels at the mature water-flooded reservoir of Fuyu Oilfield in Jilin Province,3D high-pressure scale model was utilized to simulate steam flooding of reservoir after water flooding.The experimental results indicated that the high-permeability channels for water flowing existed at the lower part of the water-flooded positive rhythm reservoir for the reason of high water saturation.During steam flooding,steam firstly swept the lower formation from these channels and then swept the upper formation with the increase of the cumulative steam injection.Finally an even conformance of steam in the vertical formation could be realized.The steam injection after water flooding can not only effectively enhance oil recovery factor,but also effectively reduce the water cut.Meanwhile,steam-flooding experiments on different well patterns in order to study the feasibility of steam flooding in horizontal well of thin reservoirs indicated that the production performance of steam flooding in the horizontal injector was better than that in the vertical injectors,but there were some problems such as uneven steam imbibitions in the horizontal section.
