Corrosion and erosion model of carbon steel in multi-phase fluid flow of oil and gas production

摘要: 介绍了油气生产中多相流环境对碳钢造成腐蚀和磨损危害的评估方法,论述了无磨损条件下腐蚀的预测模型及用于判别磨损的控制准则和磨损模型等,讨论了模型中的主要关键参数,包括pH值、基于CO2的腐蚀速度、油、气、水、H2S等的影响.多相流介质腐蚀和磨损的影响因素包括流型、环境条件、材料冶金机理和腐蚀机理等.由于多相流环境条件比较复杂,目前的预测和评价模型不能满足实际需要,应对其进行更深入的研究.

Abstract: The methods for predicting corrosion and erosion of carbon steel caused by multi-phase fluid flowing in oil and gas producing were demonstrated.The prediction models for corrosion rate in nonexistence of erosion,the criterions for dominating erosion and erosion models were presented.Some important parameters,including pH value,corrosion rates resulted from CO2, oil, gas, water,involved in those models were discussed.The study results show that the influencing factors for corrosion and erosion of multi-phase fluid flowing are the flow patterns,environmental conditions,metallurgical mechanism of materials and corrosion mechanism.The present models for predicting and evaluating corrosion and erosion of carbon steel cannot meet the practice need because of the complex environmental conditions.
