预弯曲动力学防斜打快技术初探

摘要: 防斜打直技术应该朝着防斜打快方向发展,为此,提出了一种新型的防斜打快方法——预弯曲动力学防斜打快技术,并利用专用软件系统SABHA对带有单弯螺杆钻具的滑动导向钻具组合在小井斜井眼中复合钻井时的导向力进行了仿真计算.结果表明,这种导向力具有明显的降斜特征,并远远大于钟摆力.现场试验进一步证实了这种方法的有效性.文中给出了复合钻井导向力计算方法和现场试验的有关数据.

Abstract: The vertical and fast drilling technology will be the future of the anti-deviation drilling technology.A new method,the vertical and fast drilling technology with pre-bending dynamics method,was put forward.The steering force of a slide steering bottom hole assembly with a single bending motor working on the compounding mode in low-tilt angle deviation hole was stimulated using the special software SABHA.This bottom hole assembly includes a bending positive displacement motor and two stabilizers.The results show that the steering force tends to reduce deviation of well bore and is larger than pendulum force.This method was validated by the field experiments.A calculation method for steering force in compounding drilling mode with slide steering bottom hole assembly and the data from field experiment were given.
