可动凝胶调驱技术在断块油田中的应用

Application of flowing gel profile control technique to complex block reservoir

摘要: 利用室内岩心实验和数值模拟方法,研究了可动凝胶体系的成胶行为、渗流机理和影响因素,给出了矿场试验设计方案.在此基础上,采用聚合物浓度为800mg/L,交联剂浓度为18mg/L的可动凝胶配方和撬装注入设备,在华北二连油田吉45断块开展了整体区块调驱先导试验.试验区包括注入井5口,生产井19口.试验共注入凝胶溶液98540m3.实施可动凝胶调驱技术后,油田的整体开发效果得到了明显改善,区块内19口生产井平均综合含水率下降6.5%,产油量增加15t/d,提高采收率6.22%,取得了较好的经济效益.

Abstract: The formation behavior,flow mechanism and influence factors of the flowing gel system were experimentally investigated,by means of core test and numerical simulation method.A scenario of overall block profile control pilot test in the complex Ji-45 block of Erlian Oilfield was designed.The polymer with a concentration of 800mg per liter and the cross-linking agent with a concentration of 18mg per liter were formulated and tested on a pilot area including five injectors and 19 producers.In eight months,gel solution of 98540m3 was injected into the pilot test area.The production performances were improved.The average water cut of 19 producers decreased by 6.5%, and oil production increased by 15 tons per day.The oil recovery was enhanced by 6.2%. A good economic benefit has been obtained.
