利用双波干涉法对油井远井地带造缝及增渗的研究

Some methods for making fractures and increasing permeability of porous media by means of two-shockwave interference technique

摘要: 评述了波动采油技术中各种方法的工作频段、作用机理和各自的优缺点.对于当前缺乏有效影响油井远井地带手段的问题,提出了一种新的解决方法.该方法利用2个冲击波干涉时形成的剪切力在储油介质中制造裂缝,以提高介质的渗透能力,进而对远井地带的地层进行改造.同时提出了与双波干涉法相关的数学模型,用该模型计算了用双波干涉法制造裂缝的能力以及冲击波对混凝土固井层和射孔安全的影响,从而在理论上验证了这一新方法的合理性.对实施双波干涉所需要的设备进行了研究,提出了适用于双波干涉法的大功率冲击波震源的设计思路.

Abstract: The working frequencies and acting mechanism as well as advantages and disadvantages of fluctuation oil production techniques are generally reviewed. A new method for improving permeability of oil reservoir in the zone far from wells is proposed.The new method can increase the permeability of porous media by utilizing the shear force resulted from interference of two shock waves.Furthermore,the formation structure in the zone far from wells may be reformed.A mathematical model corresponding to the two-wave interference method was developed.The crack-producing probability and the impact of shock wave on perforated zone and well cementing were evaluated with this model.The results show that the new schema is fairly reasonable.The required equipments for adapting two-wave interference method are analyzed,and the design principle for the high-power source of shock wave is proposed.The new method may be helpful for enhancing oil recovery.
