水平气液混输管路清管操作的数值模拟

Pigging operation simulation for horizontal flow of gas and liquid in pipeline

摘要: 混输管路清管技术的研究对混输管线的运行管理具有非常重要的意义,在分析清管物理模型的基础上,建立了清管器前段塞流动的特征参数计算模型、动态数学模型以及相应的数值计算方法,并进行了数值模拟.利用拉格朗日法跟踪清管球和段塞运行情况,计算得到了测压点的压力随时间的变化,并与实验数据进行了比较,得到了清管过程中压力变化规律.利用数学模拟方法可以计算清管过程中管线的压力分布,利用压力分布可以跟踪清管球在管线内的运行状况,这为混输管路的运行管理提供了理论依据.

Abstract: Pigging is a very important operation for two-phase flow pipeline.The pigging physical model was analyzed,and the mathematic models for expressing characteristic parameters of slug flow of pig,the dynamic model and numerical calculation method were developed.The mixed Eulerean-Lagrangean approach was used to couple the transient model and the pigging model.An experimental study was carried out to acquire two-phase transient flow and pigging data of a horizontal pipeline with 380 meters in length and 81 millimeters in diameter.A computer-based data acquisition system was used to obtain the information of flow behaviors during experimental runs.The changes of pressure with time and the pressure profiles at different time alone the pipelines were evaluated and compared fairy well with the experimental data.It shows that the pig in the pipeline has a significant affect on the operation parameters.
