顶部驱动钻机虚拟样机技术研究

摘要: 虚拟样机技术是一种新型的基于集成化产品和过程开发策略的产品设计开发和评估手段,在实践中已显示出优越性.研制、开发的顶驱钻机虚拟样机系统可以对顶部驱动钻机进行基于物理的三维动态仿真和虚拟环境下的性能分析,并可对顶部驱动虚拟样机系统数据进行管理.介绍了顶部驱动钻机虚拟样机的总体技术,给出了顶部驱动虚拟样机的体系结构及功能结构,描述了顶部驱动虚拟样机建模、装配、运动分析和动力分析以及数据管理等软件模块的构成和功能,分析了顶部驱动虚拟样机的关键技术及其解决方案.虚拟顶部驱动钻井装置样机系统的研制将改变我国石油机械的产品研制思路,为新型顶部驱动钻井装置的设计和制造提供崭新的计算机平台.

Abstract: Virtual prototyping based on integrated products and process development is a new kind of technology for development and assessment of products.The significance and the necessity of virtual prototyping were discussed,and top drive drilling system-virtual prototyping system (TDS-VPS) was developed.The structures and functions of TDS-VPS were introduced.This system is composed of some subsystems including general project design system,general layout design system,module design system,assembly analysis system,running simulation system,performance analysis system.The functional structures of the TDS-VPS include virtual shaping system and simulate system.The data management method of the TDS-VPS was also discussed.
