摘要: 为了满足大庆油田低渗透储层压裂增产改造的需要,开发了一种新型低损害植物胶压裂液。室内实验和现场应用结果表明,与目前广泛使用的羟丙基瓜尔胶压裂液相比较,新型低损害植物胶压裂液具有聚合物浓度低、破胶液残渣含量少、对地层和裂缝导流能力损害低、成本低、增产效果显著等诸多优点。新型压裂液中高分子聚合物的分子量和化学结构与羟丙基瓜尔胶不同,因而其性能有明显优势。

Abstract: A novel low-damage vegetable gum-based fracturing fluid was developed to meet the demand of fracturing techniques for the low-permeability reservoirs in Daqing Oilfield. The experimental research and the application of the new low-damage fracturing fluid in the low-permeability reservoirs indicated that the new vegetable gum-based fracturing fluid compared with the widely applied hydroxypropyl guar gum-based fracturing fluid had some advantages including low concentration of polymer, less residues, low damage to reservoirs and fractures, much lower cost and remarkable increase of production. The remarkable difference between the new vegetable gum-based fracturing fluid and traditional hydroxypropyl guar gum-based fracturing fluid is resulted from the difference of molecular weight and chemical structure of polymer in fracturing fluid.
