全岩心非均匀径向渗流各向异性渗透率测定方法

Measuring method for anisotropic permeability by non-uniform radial flow in a whole core

摘要: 建立了用于测量地层平面内各向异性渗透率张量的方法。将全直径岩心沿轴线钻空,从小孔眼向岩心内注入流体,在岩心体内形成垂直于岩心轴线的辐射状平面流动,流体由岩心周围侧表面流出。先求得定压边界各向异性圆形地层中心一口井渗流的解析解,再求得岩心内部流动的解。测量岩心外侧表面不同方向的流量,流量最大和最小的方向分别为最大和最小渗透率主方向。根据岩心内外压差和渗透率主方向流速计算出渗透率主值,通过渗流分析给出计算公式。计算实例表明,岩心测试数据与理论分析结果一致。

Abstract: A comprehensive method to measure the formation plane anisotropic permeability was proposed.The core was bored through along the central axis.The testing fluid was injected into the core cylinder from the central hole and formed a plane radial flow perpendicular to the core axis and then flowed out from the core side surface.The solution of the flow in the core was obtained by the solution of the flow from a circular anisotropic reservoir with a steady pressure boundary to a center well.The flow rate in every direction was measured.The directions of the maximum flow rate and the minimum flow rate are respectively the maximum and minimum directions of the principal permeability.The principal permeability values were calculated by the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the core and flow velocity on the core side surface in the principal permeability directions.The calculation formulas were proposed on the flow analysis.The actual measured core data are in good agreement with the results of theoretical analysis.
