深水司钻法压井模拟计算

Simulation computation of well killing with deepwater driller’s method

摘要: 针对深水钻井井控的特点,考虑油、气相变,建立了深水司钻法压井过程中的多相流控制方程,并给出了具体的求解方法。模拟计算结果表明,随着循环流量的增加,节流管线摩阻迅速增加,而且不同尺寸节流管线摩阻之间的差距也随着循环流量的增加逐渐增大;动态安全余量随着泥浆池增量的增大而减小;第1及第2循环周的最大循环流量随着节流管线内径的减小而减小。第1循环周的最大流量随着泥浆池增量的增加而减小,而泥浆池增量对第2循环周最大流量的影响不大。在压井过程中,节流压力随着循环流速的增加而降低,实际应用时需要优化设计。

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of well control in deepwater drilling,a series of multi-phase flowing control equations for well killing process with the deepwater driller's method were established in consideration of oil-gas phase change,and the solving method was acquired.The simulation computation showed that friction loss of choke line and the difference of friction loss in the different choke line increased with the increment of the circulation rate.The dynamic safety margin decreased with pit gain rising.The circulation rates in the first and second cycle periods declined with the size of choke line getting smaller.The maximum rate of the first cycle period reduced with the pit gain decreasing,while the pit gain had a little effect on the maximum circulation rate of the second cycle period.The choke pressure declined with the increase of circulation rate and should be optimized in the real well killing.
