基于开挖方法的井底应力场有限元模型

Finite element model for analyzing stress field of bottom hole based on excavating method

摘要: 基于开挖方法的基本思想、卸载过程的实现方法和有限元理论,采用三维八节点单元类型、适合岩土材料的脆性非线性材料模型,利用井底模型的1/4作为井底有限元模型,用3个时间步模拟开钻前、钻进和井底形成后的3种状态。分析结果表明,井壁外岩石的径向应力和周向应力都随着半径的增大逐渐变为地层的原始地应力,它们的曲线形成喇叭形;“ω”型井底中心区域存在卸载效应,适当利用卸载效应有利于提高破岩工具的破岩效率和机械钻速。靠近井壁区域存在应力集中现象,岩石可钻性变差,这是PDC钻头外侧易损坏的原因。钻头外侧布齿应加强,以提高钻头的寿命和进尺。

Abstract: On the basis of the basic principles of excavating method,realizing method of unloading process and finite element theory,by the use of 3D 8-node element and the model for brittleness and nonlinear material,a quarter of bottom-hole model was taken as the simulating finite element model,and three abstracted processes including before drilling,during drilling and after bottom forming were simulated by three time steps.The analytic result showed that radical stress and circumferential stress of rock out of borehole wall were both changed into the original formation stress along radius,and their curves formed a trumpet.The stress in the central area of ω-shape bottom-hole was relieved.The proper application of relieved stress will improve the rock-broken efficiency and rate of penetration of tools.There is stress concentration near borehole wall,where rock's drillability gets worse.It is explained that the side of PDC bits is easy to be damaged.So,more cutters should be arranged on the out side of PDC bits,in order to improve the service life of bits and drilling footage.
