Research on mechanical sand-bailing technology

摘要: 在油田开发后期,由于受油井含水高、地层压降大及单井大提液量与生产层段的注采不平衡等不利因素的影响,地层产生亏空,使作业冲砂施工过程中工作液漏失现象时常发生,无法完全将井筒内的砂柱清出地面。为了解决上述问题,采用机械捞砂工艺技术,可以达到完全清出井内砂柱以及提高修井施工效益的目的。介绍了机械捞砂的结构装置及工作原理,提出了现场操作注意事项。试验表明,该工艺技术能避免油层污染及延长油井免修期,达到了油井清砂的目的。

Abstract: In the late development stage of oilfield, the unfavorable factors of high water cut,high formation pressure drop,and high produced fluid and injection imbalance in pay section may cause formation depletion and operating fluid loss in sand-washing operation.Sand particles in well bore are hard to remove thoroughly.The mechanical sand-bailing technology makes sand-washing operation more efficient.It can remove sand pinnacle completely and raise workover benefit.The equipment and operational principles of the mechanical sand-bailing technology were introduced.Some operation notices were also suggested.Field test showed that this technology could avoid reservoir pollution and prolong the workover intervals.
