游梁式抽油机分析方法

摘要: 提出了一种新的游梁式抽油机的分析方法,对游梁式抽油机进行了运动和动力解析分析。根据抽油机各处在任一瞬时所受的主动力和虚加的惯性力在任一虚速度上所作的元功率之和等于零的原理,考虑惯性的影响,应用虚功率形式的动力学普遍方程,对游梁式抽油机各部件(包括平衡块等)对曲柄输出轴扭矩的贡献进行了分析,得到了曲柄输出轴扭矩的精确解析式。利用该解析式可以定量地分析游梁式抽油机各部件对曲柄输出轴扭矩的影响,准确地进行游梁式抽油机的平衡分析和设计计算。以摆杆型游梁式抽油机为例,给出了分析过程和具体算例。

Abstract: A new method for analysis on beam pumping unit was proposed.On the basis of kinematic analysis of beam pumping unit,the general dynamics equation in the form of virtual power was applied to analyze the contribution of every part including balancing weight of a beam pumping unit to crank axle torque in consideration of inertia effects.The exact analytical expression for computing crank axle torque was obtained.According to this exact analytical expression,the effect of every part of a beam pumping unit on crank axle torque can be quantitatively studied.This method can be used to analyze all types of beam pumping units.As an actual sample,the exact analysis of swingrod beam pumping unit is given.
