摘要: 介绍了通用地理信息系统(GIS)软件平台的基本组成和空间分析功能及油气管道安全可靠性分析的内容。运用GIS技术重构了油气管道分布状况及进行油气管道安全可靠性分析。阐述了油气管道属性数据库和空间数据库的建立方法。此外,在进行管道安全可靠性分析时,运用失效树分析法。同时还应用数据结构中树型结构的遍历搜索的处理算法,并结合油气管道安全可靠性因素的检测结果数据库、属性数据库和空间数据库,对油气管道安全可靠性进行了自动推理演算,并将结果可视化表达给用户,为油气管道安全管理工作提供分析资料和决策依据。

Abstract: The composition and spatial analysis function of common software platform for the geographic information system(GIS) and the contents of safe reliability analysis of oil-gas pipeline are introduced.The property database,spatial database and GIS technique was used to reconstruct the distribution of oil-gas pipelines and analyze the safe reliability of oil-gas pipeline.GIS-assisted safe reliability analysis of oil-gas pipeline is realized by combined operation of several universal GIS-function modules.The detection result database of the safety factors for oil-gas pipeline was established and combined with the arithmetic of safe reliability analysis of oil-gas pipeline to calculate and visually express the safe reliability by extracting data from detection result database.The detection result can be visualized to users and taken as the basic data for decision-maker of oil-gas pipeline management.
