基于Matlab/Simulink模糊工具箱的井眼轨迹模糊控制仿真

Fuzzy control simulation of wellbore trajectory based on Matlab/Simulink fuzzy tool box

摘要: 针对井下复杂环境和井下影响因素的不确定性,采用模糊控制理论对井下过程控制问题进行了分析,并结合钻井工程问题,设计了井下模糊控制器。用Matlab/Simulink模糊工具箱选择及确定系统的输入、输出模糊变量的隶属度函数,对井眼轨迹控制的可视化进行了动态仿真,从而得到了系统输入、输出控制变化曲线,实现了对井眼轨迹的有效控制。

Abstract: Wellbore trajectory control system is a complicated nonlinear system.Aiming at the complicated surrounding of dowhole and the uncertainty of influence factors for downhole,the fuzzy control theory was adopted to analyze downhole control problem.By combining the fuzzy control theory with drilling engineering problems,a fuzzy controller for downhole was designed.The visually dynamic simulation for controlling wellbore trajectory was made by using Matlab/Simulink fuzzy tool box,and the membership function of input and output fuzzy variables was determined.Therefore,wellbore trajectory was effectively controlled.
