多元泡沫化学剂复合驱油数值模拟研究

Numerical simulation on multi component foam drive

摘要: 对多元泡沫复合驱油进行了实验研究,分析了渗流机理、渗流规律,根据质量传输流体力学、化学动力学、物质平衡原理和泡沫上浮运动机理,建立了多元泡沫化学剂复合驱油渗流数学模型。结合实验结果建立了描述泡沫流动机理和物理化学性质的数学模型方程。实验研究表明,多元复合泡沫具有驱油、调堵及提高驱油效果的多重作用。泡沫上浮总体上有利于开采及提高油层的驱油效率。采用复合泡沫驱油对高含水油田仍有较好的驱油效果。该方法可以作为三次采油后和高含水期进一步提高采收率的有效手段。

Abstract: According to the main mechanism of multi-component foam drive, a series of mathematical models for describing the parameters of multi-component foam drive were established on the basis of fluid mechanics, chemical dynamics, material balance and foam floating mechanism. The models can describe the physicochemical properties and flowing rules of foam in porous media. The study results indicate that the multi-component foam drive is very effective for enhancement of oil-displacement and oil recovery of high water cut reservoir.
