生物聚合物深部调剖技术室内及矿场应用研究

Laboratory and field study of deep profile control in water-absorbing section with microbial polymer technology

摘要: 为了探讨老油田高含水后期生物聚合物深部调剖的可行性,将代谢产出生物聚合物的菌种及其营养液连续注入地层,封堵裂缝及大孔道,扩大注水波及体积。对菌种及其代谢产出生物聚合物特性进行了研究,分析了岩心注入能力、聚合物产出能力及封堵调剖机理。通过油井堵水、水井深部调剖矿场试验的跟踪监测和动态分析,确定了生物聚合物深部调剖效果的主要影响因素。室内物理模拟驱油试验结果表明,这种方法能提高原油采收率9%,矿场油井堵水增油647t。对注水井深部调剖后,周围油井含水率下降7.7%~64%,有效期达12~20个月。生物聚合物深部调剖设备简单,施工简便,有效期长,成本低,具有良好应用前景。

Abstract: The probability of deep profile control with microbial polymer technology in high water cut oilfield was investigated.On the basis of fungus kind and property of generated biologic polymer,the ability of bacterium injected into porous medium and polymer output was discussed.The mechanism of adjusting water-absorbing section with bacteria was analyzed.When the microbe and molasses are injected into ten water wells,the enhanced oil recovery is nine percent by mean of physics simulation test in laboratory,and oil production increases to 647 tons.The combined water cut of surrounding oil wells comes down by 7.7% to 64.5%.In the course of continuously examining and analyzing the plugging water of oil well and adjusting water-absorbing section of water well,the critical elements for influencing field testing effectiveness were determined.This technique can be widely popularized in the oilfields of microbial enhanced oil recovery.
