摘要: 将化学剂吞吐技术与油井堵水技术相结合的新化学剂吞吐技术能提高化学剂吞吐技术中化学剂的使用效率,充分地发挥了这两种技术的优点,提高了油藏采收率。新化学剂吞吐技术主要包括吞吐剂筛选、堵剂封堵位置的确定和各种工作液的注入技术等。用界面张力等值图法确定吞吐剂的优化配方,用堵剂突破压力梯度法确定堵剂的封堵位置、堵剂间的组合及用量。可视化驱油模型试验及在中原油田的现场试验都证明了这项技术的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: A new technique by combining the chemicals huff and puff technique with water shutoff in oil well is presented. The new technique can improve the efficiency of agents in chemicals huff and puff process, exploit the advantages of the two techniques and enhance oil recovery of reservoirs. The processes of the new technique include evaluation of agents in chemical huff and puff, determination of block-up position, and injection of various working fluids. The optimum formulation of huff and puff agents can be selected by the contour map of interfacial tension. The block-up position and the combination of water shutoff agents can be determined by the breakthrough pressure gradient method. The simulation of visible oil-flooding model and field practice in Zhongyuan Oilfield confirmed the feasibility and validity of the technique.
