铝合金钻杆的动态特性及磨损机理分析

Analysis on dynamic characteristics and wear mechanism of aluminum alloy drill pipe

摘要:

根据塔里木油田某井铝合金钻杆材料特点和实际磨损情况,运用有限元法分析了铝合金钻杆在地面旋转驱动时的涡动轨迹、涡动速度、轴向速度和加速度。将其与钢钻杆的动力学特性进行的比较结果表明,铝合金钻杆在接近井壁区域内大部分时间作向前涡动,且涡动速度较大,使得铝合金钻杆易产生划痕、压痕等损伤。这也解释了俄罗斯在使用铝合金钻杆中要求尽可能采用井下动力驱动的力学机制的原因。与钢质钻杆相比,铝合金钻杆的轴向加速度较大,但其轴向力及波动幅度较小。

Abstract:

Based on the material characteristics and wear situation of aluminum alloy drill pipe, the dynamic characteristics of aluminum alloy drill pipe in terrain rotation, such as whirl orbit, whirl speed, axial velocity and acceleration, were analyzed using the finite element method. The dynamic characteristics of aluminum alloy drill pipe were compared with that of the steel drill pipe. The results show that the aluminum alloy drill pipe moves forward in whirl motion at a high speed near the region of borehole wall. The moving situation is easy to result in the scratch and indentation damages on the surface of aluminum alloy drill pipe. That is why the Russian engineers recommend using the aluminum alloy drill pipe driven by power equipment at bottom hole. The aluminum alloy drill pipe has larger axial acceleration and smaller axial force and fluctuating amplitude than the steel drill pipe.
