套管弹性旋流扶正器的旋流规律及应用

摘要: 提供了一种既能保证套管居中,又能产生水泥浆环空螺旋流的套管弹性旋流扶正器。在实验的基础上对该种扶正器所产生的旋流规律进行了详细的分析;得出了各种不同因素对旋流的影响规律;建立了旋流长度及旋流周向速度的计算公式,为分析旋流段水泥浆顶替效率奠定了基础。现场实践表明,依据本文理论所设计的工具对提高顶替效率、固井质量具有良好的效果。

Abstract: A kind of device which can keep the casing at the center of borehole and can also generate helical flow of cement slurry, which is the Spring-Whirlflow Casing Centralizcr, is presented in this paper.Based on experiments, the whirlflow law generated by this centralizer is analyzed detailly.The rules of effect of factors are obtained.To make foundation for analyzing the displacement efficiency of whirlflow cement slurry, formulas of whirlflow length and angular velocity are established.The field applications show that the device, which is designed by the theory of this paper, has good effects on improving displacement efficency and cementing quality.
