纯梁油田樊41块油井挤注防垢技术

Squeeze treatment technology of scale inhibitor in Fan 41 Block of Chunliang Oilfield

摘要: 纯梁油田樊1块在注水开发后期发生严重的结垢问题,炮眼、射孔井段以上位置都出现结垢.3~6个月的垢厚度就达2~5mm,导致油井产量下降.分析了油井结垢特点、垢的组成和结垢机理,提出了采取化学防垢和挤注防垢剂的可行措施.根据防垢剂挤注技术的具体要求.进行了匹配性实验、静态防垢率与动态环路MIC实验、寿命实验和动态岩心驱替实验,对国内外不同防垢剂进行了评价,筛选出综合性能较好的防垢剂.现场试验1年多来未见结垢迹象,提高了油田产量,取得了良好的经济效益.

Abstract: There is serious scale deposition in Fan 41 Block of Chunliang Oilfield in the late stage of water flooding.Scale was deposited in perforation holes,casing surface,tubing and surface facilities in oil production wells after several years of water injection.The thickness of scale was 2-5 mm after 3-6 months of well workover,which reduced the oil production greatly.The characteristics,composition and mechanisms of scaling were analyzed and the scale inhibitor squeeze treatment technology was proposed.The experiment was conducted for selection of scale inhibitors in terms of chemical compatibility,static inhibition efficiency,dynamic minimum inhibitor concentration,stability and adsorption of the scale inhibitors required for squeeze treatment.The reasonable scale inhibitor was selected and used in field trials.Good performances of scale inhibition,enhanced oil production and good economic benefit were obtained after the squeeze treatment life was extended over one year.
