交联酸加砂酸化压裂技术在复杂岩性油藏的应用

Application of the crosslinked acid sand-adding acid-fracturing technique in complex lithologic reservoir

摘要: 大部分多介质或复杂岩性油藏表现出难开采的特点,在勘探和开发中需要采取一些改造措施,才能达到工业产能。交联酸加砂酸化压裂工艺是将加砂压裂和酸化压裂技术有机结合,前置液和携砂液全部采用交联酸,真正实现了酸蚀与携砂同步进行。在储层段形成多支且更长的酸蚀-支撑复合裂缝。以柴达木盆地狮子沟油藏狮31井为例,从液体性能评价试验、工艺技术难点和配套技术的应用、施工设计、现场施工等方面,分析评价了这种新技术。该技术在青海油田多介质复杂岩性油藏应用中取得了成功。

Abstract: Most reservoirs with multi-media or complex lithology were hardly exploited and could be stimulated and modified to obtain the commercial production. The crosslinked acid sand-adding acid-fractureing technique can be used in those reservoirs. The sand-adding fracturing and fracture acidizing techniques were combined effectively, and the crosslinked acid was taken as the pad liquid and sand carrier. The acid eroding and prop-carrying were operated simultaneously, and the multi-branch composite acid-eroded and sand-propped fractures were generated. This technique was applied in Well S 31 of Shizigou reservoir in Qaidam Basin. The evaluation experiment on liquid properties, technical principles, designs and application of the matching techniques were made in laboratory. This technique was successfully applied in the multi-media and complex lithology reservoir of Qinghai Oilfield.
