管柱形磁源空间磁场矢量引导系统研究

Study of magnetic vector guide system in tubular magnet source space

摘要: 介绍了国外的各类电磁场/磁场矢量引导系统的结构和应用范围,对磁场矢量引导系统核心部件进行了研究,建立了适合于与钻头相连接的管柱形磁体的三维空间磁场模型.应用磁体空间磁场规律的基本公式,推导了管柱形永磁体的三维空间磁场规律计算公式.根据磁探测系统测量到的磁场分量,利用规律计算公式和相应辅助计算软件,得到管柱形磁体源与磁探测系统之间矢量距离的计算规则,并对矢量距离计算规则进行了验证和分析.

Abstract: The structure and application of various kinds of electromagnetic-magnetic vector guide systems were introduced.The key parts of the magnetic vector guide system were discussed.A three-dimensional magnetic field model suitable for the tubular magnet connected with drilling bit was established.The fundamental formulae of magnetic field were used to deduce the formulae for the three-dimensional magnetic field of tubular magnet.According to the magnetic field ingredients,formulae and the corresponding software,the calculation law of vector distance between tubular magnet source and measurement system was obtained and was applied to analyze the magnetic field of tubular magnet.
