中国海上疏松砂岩适度出砂井防砂方式优选

Sand control optimization applied to moderately sanding wells in offshore loose sandstone reservoirs

摘要:

依据国内外防砂方式选择方法及室内大型出砂模拟试验研究成果,提出疏松砂岩适度出砂井防砂方式选择的理论参数地层砂粒度中值 d50、均质系数 UC、泥质含量 Vsh 以及蒙脱石含量。通过对中国4个海域储层特性进行的统计、不同防砂方式下出砂模拟试验及现场防砂效果,得到了中国海上疏松砂岩适度出砂井的防砂方式选择标准,并建立了相应的防砂方式优选图版,挡砂精度设计参照地层砂粒度中值 d50。该图版在海上多个新开发油藏的防砂方案设计应用中取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:

Based on research results of indoor large-scale sanding simulation experiments and referring to various sand control selections both at home and abroad, we proposed some theoretical parameters for the sand control selection, such as the median value of formation grain size (d50), uniformity coefficient (UC), shale content (Vsh,) and smectite content. These parameters can be used in the practice of applying moderate sand control techniques in loose sandstone reservoirs. In addition, through statistically analyzing reservoir characteristics of four sea areas in China, simulating sanding with different sand control methods in experiments and examining sand control effects of various methods in a real case, we presented some selection criteria of sand control methods applied to moderate sanding wells in offshore loose sandstone reservoirs of China, and correspondingly built a set of charts for the sand control method optimization, which referred to the median value of formation grain size (d50) in designing the sand retention precision and has been applied in the sand control design of several newly developed reservoirs in China with satisfactory results.
