非常规储层压裂改造技术进展及应用

摘要:

水力压裂技术的进步极大地促进了以北美为代表的非常规油气资源的经济有效开发,成为其有效动用的关键技术。笔者总结国外非常规储层,特别是以致密气、页岩气、煤层气及致密油为代表的非常规资源压裂改造技术的发展历程,梳理了国外非常规资源储层压裂改造的主体技术。通过分析各种储层改造主体技术的优缺点及适用条件,结合国内储层特点,分析了各项主体技术在国内的适应性。并根据国内目前非常规储层改造的技术现状,明确了国内非常规储层改造技术的发展趋势和方向,指出了国内非常规储层技术应起引进吸收并自主创新的道路,指出了致密气、页岩气需攻关的关键技术。

Abstract:

The progress of hydraulic fracturing technology has greatly promoted cost-effective development of unconventional oil & gas resources in North America and made it be an efficient and key technology in these countries. On the basis of extensive literature research, the development roadmap of fracturing technology applied to foreign unconventional reservoirs, especially the representatives of unconventional resources such as tight gas, shale gas, coalbed methane and tight oil is constructed. By analyzing the advantages & disadvantages and applicable conditions of key technologies of reservoir transformation, the adaptability of key technologies in China is analyzed with reference of the domestic reservoir characteristics. In addition, this paper clarifies the development trend and direction of unconventional reservoir transformation technology according to its current status in China. The development of domestic unconventional reservoir technology shall be subject to two steps, that is, the stage of introduction & absorption of foreign technology and the stage of independent innovation of the technology. For the tight gas and shale gas, key technologies requiring more researches are pointed out.
