龙岗地区复杂压力层系下非常规井身结构设计与应用

Design and application of unconventional casing program for complex pressure strata in Longgang area,Sichuan Basin

摘要:

在龙岗地区的油气勘探开发过程中,传统的5层井身结构设计无法安全应对三高(高温、高压、高含硫化氢)、多压力层系和压力不确定性强等地质风险。以地层情况和相关压力信息为依据,结合现场实际,对油管、生产套管和完井管柱的设计,地层压力体系和必封点的分析,6层套管层次的优化以及小间隙下抽吸压力和激动压力的校核等问题进行了深入的研究,并据此设计了龙岗西部超深井和复杂压力层系下的非常规井身结构方案。从2008年至今,该方案先后在龙岗61井、龙岗62井、龙岗63井和龙岗68井成功实施,从而进一步提高了龙岗地区在钻完井过程中对地质风险的预防和控制能力。非常规井身结构设计适应了超深井以及复杂多压力层系下三高气井的生产要求,为四川盆地油气勘探提供了可靠的钻井安全保障,在川渝等复杂地区的勘探开发中将会得到进一步推广和应用。

Abstract:

In the oil and gas exploration and development of Longgang area,Sichuan Basin, the conventional design of five-layer casing program is not safe to deal with the geological risks such as three-high conditions (high temperature, high pressure, and hydrogen sulfide bearing), multi-pressure strata and strong uncertainty of pressure, etc. Based on the stratigraphic conditions, associated pressure information and actual field situation, this study focused on the design of tubing, production casing and completion string, the analysis of formation pressure system and setting position, the optimization of six-layer casing program, and the examination of suction pressure and surge pressure in small gaps. Accordingly, an unconventional casing program was proposed for the ultra-deep wells and the three-high gas wells in complex pressure strata in the western Longgang area. This program was successfully implemented in multiple wells (Well Longgang-61, Well Longgang-62, Well Longgang-63 and Well Longgang-68)since 2008, thus improving the capacity of Longgang area in prevention and control ability of geological risks during the drilling and completion processes. The design of unconventional casing program adapts to the production requirements of ultra-deep wells and three-high gas wells in the complex multi-pressure strata. It provides a reliable drilling safety quarantee for the oil and gas exploration in Sichuan Basin, and will be further promoted and applied in the exploration and development of complex areas in Sichuan-Chongqing area.
