抽油泵故障树分析

摘要: 抽油泵在工作过程中受到砂、蜡、应力、腐蚀介质等的作用,致使某些零部件早期损坏,严重影响了抽油泵的使用寿命.本文分析了影响抽油泵失效的各种因素,建立了抽油泵故障树,并对其故障树进行了定性分析和定量计算,求出了故障树的最小割集和系统在工作时部件的概率重要度、关键重要度和系统顶事件发生的概率.在此基础上,对影响抽油泵寿命的各主要因素进行了分析,并对其改进措施进行了探讨.

Abstract: An oil-well pump is affected by sand,wax,stress,corrosion medium in working pro-cess,some elements are damagedat early stage,the service life of oil-well pump is seriousimpaired.In this paper,vairous factors which lead to the oil-well pump failure are analysed,fault tree of oil-well pump is constructed,then the fault tree is qualitative analysed andquantitative calculated,the minimal cutsets of the fault tree is found,the probability importance and criticality importance of the components and the top event of fault tree hoppendprobability are calculated.On the basis of above,the main factors which influence the service life of oil-well pump are analysed,and their modification measures are discussed.
