弯曲井眼下部钻具组合的非线性有限元分析

摘要: 在水平井或大斜度井的造斜段,井眼处于高度的弯曲状态,井眼轨迹控制很严格,需要对下部钻具组合进行深入的受力和变形分析.本文根据弹性理论和能量原理对下部钻具组合的几何非线性问题进行了系统的有限元理论分析.给出了下部钻具组合几何非线性问题的求解方法.应用所推得的理论结果,对不同的井斜曲率与方位曲率对钻头侧向力的影响进行了线性分析与非线性分析并对比了两种分析方法的结果.

Abstract: The wells are in the state of serious bending in building segment of horizontal or greatly inclined wells.The strict requirement of well path control needs doing a deep analysis of the deformation and stress for BHA.In the paper,according to theory of elastieity and energy principle,detailed theoretical analysis of finite element has been finished on geometrical nonlinear problem for BHA,and,a method of corresponding solution is presented.Using the result obtained above.linear and nonlinear analysis and their comparison have been done for effects of different inclination and azimuth curveture on bit side forces.Conclusian gotten may give a reference to personnel concerned.
