摘要: 对原有的CYJl0-3-53HB总中心距为lm的两级双圆弧齿轮啮合参数进行了优化设计,使高速级与低速级的承载能力之差由原来的70环降低到21.4%,传递功率提高了23.5,并成功地用于12型巧至日型抽油机上通过包括材质、总中心距及其分配在内的优化设计,两级承载能力之差可以控制在5%左右;源程序数模还考虑了降低双圆弧齿轮减速器噪声声级的设计因素,以求承载能力和传动质量的同步提高.

Abstract: This paper deals with an optimal design of two grades double circular-are gears engagement parameters for original GYJIO-3-53HB pumping units reducer with a gross center distance of lm.The difference of carrying capacity between high and low speed grade is lowered from original 70%to 21.4% and the transmission power is raised by 23.4%.It is successfully used in Type 12 and even in Type 14 pumping units.The difference of carrying capacity of two grades can be controlled around 5%with the optimal design in material,gross center distance and its distribution.To improve the carrying capacity and transmission quality in step,the factors of lowering double circular-are gears noise level are considered in the mathematical mode of source program.
