摘要: 对具有错边和角变形几何缺陷的薄壁球罐的应力场和错边根部与角变形棱角处的内表面裂纹应为强度因子进行了研究给出了有角变形和错边时,球壳的应力分布和缺陷处的应力集中程度得到了球壳缺陷处裂纹无量纲应力强度因子随裂纹深度a/t.形状a/c、长度c等因素变化的规律以及沿裂纹前缘变化的规律,同时对错边球裂纹处混合型应力强度因子进行了讨论.文中对目前常用于估算球壳儿何缺陷处裂纹应力强度因了的受单向拉弯平板解与实验结果进行了比较,对其实用性进行了评价.

Abstract: The stress field and stress intensity factors of internal surface cracks situated at misalignment or angular distortion in thin spherical shells are studied.The stress distribution and degree of stress concentration at angular distortion or misalignment in spherical shells are presented.The variations of stress intensity factors of internal surface cracks in spherical shells with crack depth to crack length ratio,a/c,crack depth to wall thickness,a/t,and along the crack front,etc..are analysed.And mixed mode stress intensity factors K and K at misalignment in spherical shells are discussed.The stress intensity fact.rs of spherical shells with geometrical defects are compared with the soludons of plates subjected to combined tension and bending.The practicability of the soludons in evaluating the stress intensity factors of spherical shells is also appraised.These researches are useful for rating the safety of spherical shells with geometrical defects and surface cracks.
