超高转差电机驱动游梁抽油机参数的最优化

摘要: 超高转差电机驱动游梁抽油机,具有较好的启动性能和软机械特性,适于游梁抽油机带载启动和周期性变载荷的工作特性.在同一油井条件下,与普通异步电机比较可以减小电机和洪电系统的装机容量,降低抽油机的扭矩峰值;延长抽油设备的使用寿命;有利于节能和增产.但是,关键在于根据油井条件,合理选用超高转差电机的机型和电机、油井参数的匹配,才能发挥其优越性.若选用和选配的不合理,效果适得其反.本文提出电机最佳转差率的选配原理和方法,应用电子计算机优化出具体油井的最佳转差率,根据它选用电机机型,设置转矩型式,以期达到合理选配参数的目的.

Abstract: Ultrahigh-slip motor has good start-up and soft characteristics,suitable for driving beam pumping units which are started up under loading cond ition and show a cyclical variation of polished rod load.It may reduce the capacity of motor and electrical installation get smoother operation and reduce the peak of net torque.But there is a problem of how to make a proper selection of the motor parameters according to the oil well working parameters.The principle and method of selecting the optimum rotary rate of motor are presented and the influencing factors are discussed.In order to save electrical energy and increase production,the optimum rate of revolution is calculated and accordingly the type of motor and torgue can be determined.
