地层破裂状态下实施大排量污水回注技术研究

Study on re—injection technology of high volume produced water under formation fracturing condition

摘要: 秘鲁1AB/8区块强天然水驱、特高含水老油田回注水量为170000m3/d,为了减少产出水的巨额投资,优选深部Pozo水层及Vivian油藏边部作为污水回注层位.这样既满足了环保要求,又可容纳大量回注污水.减少回注水中固体颗粒及残余油含量、增加注水射孔层段和射孔密度、减少注水管柱压力损失,可以保证大量污水回注的可持续性.根据计算的地层破裂压力,采用12~17.2MPa的井口注水压力可使注水地层破裂.对6口回注井实施大排量污水回注试验,单井注水量均超过6360m3/d.监测数据显示,地层在破裂状态下实现了低压大排量污水回注,提高了单井回注量,减少了设备投资.污水回注优化方案取得了良好的应用效果和经济效益.

Abstract: The daily re-injection amount of produced water is 170000 cubic meters in Block 1AB/8 of Peru,which is the strong natural water driving and extremely high water-cut oilfields.In order to reduce the expensive cost,the outside part of Vivian reservoir and the neighbor Pozo sandstone reservoir were selected as water re-injection zones without contamination to shallow fresh water and enough capacity for the high volume re-injection water.Reducing the percentage of suspended solid and remaining oil in the produced re-injection water,increasing the perforation interval and density,and reducing the pressure lost along the injection tubing could sustain the high rate of water re-injection.According to the calculation of formation fracturing pressure,the injected formation could be fractured under a wellhead injection pressure ranged from 12.4MPa to 17.2MPa.Six pilot injection wells were tested with more than 6360 cubic meters re-injection of produced water per day in one well.The monitoring data of six wells showed that the fractured injection zone could keep high injection rate under a low wellhead pressure.The improved water re-injection plan with increasing water injection rate has achieved a good economic benefit.
