摘要: 本文应用故障树分析(FTA)理论,建立了玉门型管式抽油泵故障树。并且对该系统进行了可靠性定性、定量分析,得到了该系统的各项可靠性指标及数据。为采油技术人员和维修人员提供了一个形象的管理、维修手段和可靠性参数,用以提高对抽油泵故障判断及处理能力。并且为抽油泵的改进设计及制造,指明了提高其可靠性的方向。

Abstract: A Fault Tree of Yu Men Tubing pump is set up and the pump is analyzed for reliability based on the Fault Tree Analysis Theory. An imaginal manual of supervision and maintenance is provided for the technical personnel in production and mintenance to help them in pump failure judgment and handling, pointing out at the same time the direction of improbing the design of this kind of pump.
