水泥环对套管载荷影响的理论研究

摘要: 用解析方法对非均匀地应力情况下水泥环对套管载荷影响的研究表明,水泥环对套管载荷的影响取决于水泥环厚径比、水泥环与地层材料的差异系数以及地层与套管的刚度比这3个因素,其中刚度比起着重要作用.当刚度比λ≥1-2ν(ν为水泥环泊松比)时,用较高弹性模量的水泥固井可以降低套管载荷;当刚度比λ<1-2ν时,用较低弹性模量的水泥固井可以降低套管载荷.一般情况下,增加水泥环的厚度可以降低套管载荷.水泥环与套管光滑接触情况下,套管载荷非均匀程度降低,基本上呈均布载荷.

Abstract: The effect of cement sheath on the load of casing under non-uniform geologic stress was studied.The effect depends on the differential coefficient of the material property of cement and stratum,the thickness-to-radius ratio of the cement sheath,and the stiffness ratio of stratum to casing.The last one is the crucial one.If the stiffness ratio is equal to or lager than the value of 1-2ν(ν is the Poisson's ratio of cement),the cement with a high elasticity modulus is suggested.If the ratio is less than the value of 1-2ν,the cement with low elasticity modulus is suggested.In general,increasing the thickness of cement sheath can decrease the load on casing.In addition,when the interface between cement sheath and casing is smooth,the load is almost uniform.
