摘要: 本文研究SPU(Ⅱ)和SPU(Ⅱ)与HPAN复配产物(SPU(Ⅱ)/HPAN)用作饱和盐水泥浆稳定剂,两者都具有良好的耐盐性能和一定的抗温能力.因此我们认为:SPU(Ⅱ)在饱和盐水泥浆中主要是通过水化起稳定作用的,SPU(Ⅱ)/HPAN复配泥浆,除水化因素外,体系形成网架结构也起重要作用.

Abstract: SPU(Ⅱ) and SPU(Ⅱ)/HPAN used as stabilizing agents for waterbase muds have been studied.Both are salt and heat resistant.The rheclogical properties of SPU(Ⅱ)and SPU(Ⅱ)/HPAN acqueous solutions and their treated muds are investigated with Rt.-2 Viscometer.The dynamic shear stress(τ0) is used to characterize the notwork structure of muds Experimental results show that the network structure of SPU(Ⅱ)treated muds is weak.The stabilization of SPU(Ⅱ) treated muds is supposed to be a ttributed mainly to the hydrability of SPU(Ⅱ) but not to the network formation as in the case of HPMMA discussed in our previous paper.In the case of SPU(Ⅱ)/HPAN system,the effect of network structure is as important as that of hydration.With the addition of NaCl,the dynamic shear stress of SPU(Ⅱ) treated mude is increased to some extent.By adding NaCl,the amount of SPU(Ⅱ) adsorbed on kaolin is increased with a corresponding decreae of η/c of SPU(Ⅱ) solution,which,in turn,has enhanced considerably the hydration of kaolin due to coiling by NaCl The increase of dynamic shear stress of SPU(Ⅱ) treated muds is believed to be caused by hydration and not by network formation,as coiling of SPU(Ⅱ) is unfavourable for network formation.
