游梁式抽油机运动参数的精确解

AN EXACT SOLUTION OF KINEMATIC PARAMETERS IN BEAM PUMPING UNITS

摘要: 根据游梁式抽油机四连杆机构的几何关系和运动特点,建立了游梁的摆动方程,并由该方程得出了游梁摆角变化规律以及悬点运动的位移、速度和加速度的计算公式,从而给出了求游梁式抽油机悬点运动参数精确解的一种计算方法.以CYJ10-3-37HB型抽油机为例,计算了其悬点运动参数,并给出了与简化为简谐运动和曲柄滑块机构运动的对比曲线;分析表明,悬点的上、下死点位置不是常规认为的180°和360°(或0°)曲柄转角,因而按常规计算时悬点位移将出现负值.为此,给出了确定悬点运动死点位置的方法,并计算出CYJ10-3-37HB型抽油机在给定条件下的上、下死点位置为178°7'3"和358°2'37"曲柄转角.该方法既适用于曲柄任意方向旋转的游梁式抽油机,也适用于前置式抽油机,同时还可供研究其它类型抽油机运动规律时参考.

Abstract: To more briefly calculate the accurate solution of the hanging-point motion parameters of the beam-pumping unit,the walking beam's swing equation according to the geometry relationship and movement characteristic of the four pitmen mechanism in the beam-pumping unit is found.Due to this equation,he gets the variation rules of the walking beam's swing angle and the calculation formula of the distance,velocity and accelaration in the hanging-point movement.Thereby,he gives a method to calculate the accurate solution of the hanging-point motin parameters of the beam-pumping unit.In the case of CYJ10-3-37HB pumping unit,he calculates its hanging-point movement parameters,and gives out the comparing curves between the simple harmonic motion and the crankmovinglump-mechanism motion which is simplified.The analysis indicates that the position of the hanging-point's top and down center is not where the crank angle is 180° and 360° (or 0°) which is known conventionally,so negative value appears when it is calculated as convention.For this reason,he gives out the method to determine the position of movement limit,and he draws the conclusion that the top and down centre position of CYJ10-3-37HB pumping unit under the given conditions is where the crank angle is 178°7'3" and 358°2'37".This method is available in both pre-balanced pumping unit and the one whose crank can rotate in all directions,and it is reference to research other styles pumping units.
