混输泵扬程与流量特性曲线的理论分析

Theoretical analysis on head-flow rate curves of multiphase pump

摘要: 基于轴流泵的基本能量方程式和伯努利方程,提出了螺旋轴流式多相混输泵的扬程-流量特性曲线的理论分析方法.利用该方法可以得到泵的扬程-流量特性曲线,从而判断混输泵设计的优劣及对混输泵扬程特性的各个影响因素进行定性分析.利用该方法,分别给出了实际混输泵样机在不同进口体积含气率、不同转速情况下的扬程-流量特性曲线,分析了进口体积含气率和转速对混输泵扬程的影响.理论分析结果和实验结果基本一致.

Abstract: A theoretical analysis method for head-flow rate(H-Q) curves of helico-axial multiphase pump was proposed on the basis of the basic energy equation for axial pump and Bernoulli equation.The head-flow rate curves obtained with this method can be used to evaluate the design quality of pump and qualitatively analyze the complications affecting the lift performance.The H-Q characteristic curves of the practical multiphase pump sample under the conditions of different gas volume fraction(GVF) and rotating speed were made out by this method.The impact of intake GVF and rotating speed on lift of multiphase pump was analyzed.The results of theoretical analysis and experimentation are in good agreement.
