A counter-balance method for energy efficiency calculation of the integral natural gas engine-compressor

摘要:

根据整体式天然气压缩机生产工艺与能耗组成机理,提出了利用反平衡进行能效计算的新方法。利用该方法计算的燃气发动机、压缩机能效既与压缩介质状态参数相关,也与烟气、空燃比、冷却等参数相关。与正平衡法相比,利用反平衡方法能得到更多反映机组运行性能的参数。根据该反平衡计算方法编制了计算软件,通过建立数据库并进行相邻点拟合求取多变指数,避免了人为因素影响,保证了计算精度;同时,生成的计算报告包含所有过程参数,可为评价能耗性能、制定节能措施、评估节能效果提供基础数据。该计算方法和软件进行了大量现场应用,完成了不同类型机组计算。结果表明,建立的反平衡计算方法可操作性强,能满足生产需要,可实现不停机测试。

Abstract:

Based on the integral natural gas engine-compressor production process and its energy components, the paper presented a new method to calculate energy efficiency by using "counter-balance". In the process to calculate energy efficiency of the gas engine and compressor, the counter-balance method is associated not only with state parameters of compression media but also with flue gas, air-fuel ratio, and cooling parameters. Compared with the "positive balance" method, the counter-balance calculation can obtain more parameters, which reflect the operation performance of an integral gas engine-compressor. Consistent with the counter-balance method, the calculation software can generate a polytropic exponent database and match adjacent points, which avoids the impact of anthropic factors and ensures calculation accuracy. The calculation report generated by the software includes all the process parameters, which can provide basic data for the assessment of energy consumption properties, the constitution of energy saving measures and the evaluation of energy saving effects. This calculation method and the interrelated software were applied to a great deal of field practice and involved in calculating the energy efficiency of various integral gas engines-compressors. The results showed that the counter-balance calculation method has a strong field operability and it can meet production needs without stopping machine during parameter testing.
