基于三电极系救援井与事故井连通探测系统

A detection system based on three-electrode array for connecting a relief well to failure well

摘要:

通过调研救援井与事故井连通探测系统工作原理,分析了三电极系注入地层的低频交变电流在地层及事故井套管中的传播与衰减规律,建立了事故井套管上聚集电流产生的交变磁场空间分布模型,得到了救援井与事故井间距和相对方位的计算方法。通过数值模拟与试验验证,将三电极系应用于救援井与事故井连通探测系统,提高了系统测距范围和探测精度;通过对比基于单电极救援井与事故井连通探测系统,基于三电极系的探测系统对探管灵敏度的要求更低,更有利于在实际工况中的应用,为中国自主研发救援井与事故井连通导向工具提供理论支持。

Abstract:

According to working principles of the detection system for making relief well connect to well blowout, transmission and attenuation laws were analyzed the low-frequency alternating current induced by three-electrode array in formations and casing of a failure well and built up a dimensional distribution model of the alternating magnetic field generated by current accumulated on casing of a blowout well. Finally, a method to calculate the distance and relative orientation between a relief well and blowout well was obtained. The field implementation of these results validated that the application of three-electrode array to the detection and connection system for making relief well connect to well blowout can greatly extend the range measurement scope of the system. Compared with the detection system based on monoelectrod array, the system based on three-electrode array requires a much lower sensibility of probe. Thus, this system is more feasible for practical operation conditions and its detection accuracy for the relative space position between the relief well and blowout well can meet the orientated drilling engineering demand of a relief well. Therefore, these research results can provide theoretical support to independently developing a connection orientation tool of the relief well with the blowout well.
