基于模糊综合评判法的地下储气库方案优选

Optimum method for underground gas storage projects based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation

摘要: 地下储气库的设计方案涉及因素多,必须对方案从整体上进行综合评价,建立正确的决策模型,从而客观合理确定优选方案.介绍了改进层次分析法及模糊综合评价法的原理,提出了将改进层次分析法和模糊综合评价相结合的决策模型.将该决策模型应用于北京某地下储气库方案优选,在优选过程中考虑了影响地下储气库建设方案的8个主要因素,对备选的6个方案建立了“优、良、中、差”4个评价等级,利用改进的层次分析法确定了各因素的权重,并对各方案进行了模糊综合评价.结果表明该决策模型所选方案与实际所选方案一致,说明了该决策模型的适用性.

Abstract: There are many factors involved in the design projects of underground gas storages.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a right decision model to comprehensively evaluate the design projects.The procedures of the improved analytic hierarchy process and the principles of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were briefly introduced.The decision model combined by the improved analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was applied to the optimization of projects for some underground gas storage in Beijing.Eight main factors involving the construction of the underground gas storage were considered during the whole optimization process.Four assessment grades for six projects were established,including extraordinary,good,ordinary and bad.Then the weights of all factors were determined,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of each project was conducted.The project selected by this decision model matches the applied project on-site,which shows the applicability of this model.
