四川油田输气管线摩阻系数计算公式

FRICTION FACTOR CALCULATING FORMULAS ON GAS PIPELINES IN SICHUAN OIL FIELD

摘要: 应用紊流力学理论,分别对光滑管紊流、部分粗糙管紊流和完全粗糙管紊流三种情况,导出了摩阻系数与雷诺数和粗糙度的关联式。利用四川油田现场管线运行数据和数学方法拟合出摩阻系数计算公式;利用其他管线数据比较拟合公式计算结果与实际摩阻系数的误差。结果表明,这些公式的误差至少比现场常用的PanhandleA公式小14%以上,比Pan-handleB公式小21%以上。

Abstract: Based on the theory of turbulence mechanics,this paper presents the correlations among friction factor,Reynolds number,and roughness,respectively in smooth pipe,partly rough pipe,and full rough pipe.The pipeline operation data in Sichuan Oil Field and mathematical methods have been used to fit the friction factor calculating formulas.In the end,the relative errors by the fitted equations with actual values are obtained by using other data.Calculation results showed that average relative errors by these formulas are 14% less than that by Panhandle A equation,and 21% Panhandle B equation.These two equations have been commonly used in oil fields.
